INCLUSIVITY

Riding towards change

B4A will create an environment of support and inclusivity for BMX riders and the broader BMX community by providing channels to enter the sport, equipment, skill development, life skill enhancement, infrastructure building, and advocacy for inclusivity and accessibility.

Mission & History

BMX4ALL (“B4A”) was created to build upon the efforts of Davorka and Colin Shepherd who established Crupi Racing South Africa (“CRSA”). CRSA was established to make BMX racing more accessible by giving people of all backgrounds opportunities to grow and be successful. B4A was established to formalize CRSA’s agenda to scale up the initial efforts of CRSA by increasing reach, participation, and impact by providing an ecosystem of support the following areas:

Access

Develop channels for new riders to enter the sport, with a focus on girls making the sport more inclusive through clubs, teams and establishing race and pump tracks in underserved areas.

Skills Development

Through a framework that helps riders progress after reaching measurable milestones with a focus on fitness, race strategy and track skills.

Leadership

Develop riders' confidence, on and off the track by providing them with basic life skills that focus on teamwork, sportsmanship and values.

Advocacy & Awareness

B4A is dedicated to advocating for the recognition and support of BMX racing as a legitimate sport, by actively raising awareness among local government bodies, sports organizations, and the general public about the benefits and opportunities that BMX racing can provide.
